I'm just curious... Has anyone bought the score yet? And if so... what's it like? Is it worth buying? I have a good gut feeling I'll really like this score... Thanks a bunch.

I've been in 2 musicals - one community one (State Fair) and this year, Anything Goes, for highschool. I never really appreciated musicals until I was in one and saw how much work it took to put one together. Then I went to see Oliver in Des Moines, and that blew me away. I now want to see what other people's favorite musical is. And I know that this doesn't have much to do with John Williams, but neither does best big band tunes have much to do with him either... So just wondering.


My favorite is probably Anything Goes.

I know this is one of those polls that will disappear after a day or two. But that's ok. Which do you prefer; the majectic, awesome orchestration of the Hook Flying theme or the classic sound of the ET flying theme? I like Hook better. But yeah. Vote.

This has probably been done a million times but I'm just wondering... I have no clue what the top contenders of this list are/will be, but I am just curious because several of his best soundtracks have come from this time period, in my opinion. This is my first poll, so if I did something wrong or if you have suggestions please give them to me.
