  1. Ghost rider. Yeah, i'll just forget this garbage and listen to the score, shall I?
  2. Oh well, now you might get a decent-sounding recording. Bring on the movie.
  3. Yesterday I noticed the first complete Marriner box set is finally coming from Warner, yes! Could anyone tell me which labels this will cover? I know that Warner has absorbed EMI, but is there anything else in there? Decca seems to be releasing their own box sets now, but I’ll wait for their complete set. What about Eloquence and Capricio? Will these do their own box sets, or are they part of another bigger one? (I hate these different labels. Is there some list somewhere of who owns who?)
  4. Does that mean they can get back to important stuff, namely approving expansions?
  5. Am I correct that, on the OST program, tracks 3 4 5 7 9 11 13 and 14 must be kept because they are not repeated in the film program?
  6. Abduction, 2011. Are you f*cking kidding me, no score release?
  7. Serena, 2014. How is this a bad movie? People have no taste.
  8. The wind that shakes the barley. Missing everything a sensible person would have included on an album.
  9. Please bump this thread only when something worthwhile h appens, I can't take the emotional rollercoaster.
  10. Mozart symphony 8 conducted by Adam Fischer. I AM LOVING THIS SET SO MUCH!!!
  11. I wouldn't worry about that, it's limited now. Once they've sold out, you'll get your 30 mainstream editions.
  12. So what is this Boston thing they're adding? I say we could still be getting Vienna 2, but woe betide them if it's vinyl exclusive.
  13. We obviously need to send them more cookies or e-mails or both.
  14. So is ET on the blu ray only or what? Or will that be for the inevitable deluxe standard super ultimate edition in August?
  15. What's that gorgeous piano improvisation thing in C major near the beginning?
  16. Uh, some new HIP thing conducted by... Willens? Great playing, but, you know, the strings... I can't wait to listen to Hans Vonk's album at one point, though, they sound much fuller.
  17. A bunch of Mozart overtures. Such joy. Such a shame he died so young.
  18. I'm serious, Mike HAS to do the audiobook. With Tim Burden, Spielberg, Columbus, De Crescent, Kwok and DiTullio in an ideal world.
  19. I might be wrong, but didn't you say at one point that the 2012 edition also used the film stem for the end of Flight to Neverland? Maybe that explains why it didn't make the OST?
