First it was a month-long window between accepting orders, then it was three days. If my calculations are correct, the webstore will soon regenerate every few seconds.

They last opened orders around 1pm EST on Monday (at least that's when it was first posted here), so not far off.

Ordered! I'd been refreshing the link periodically at work and at home this week but had been preoccupied for the last couple hours. Just happened to refresh it again and noticed it was live! Thank you for the notification @Brando.

The webpage for the CD hasn't been taken down yet, so I'll take that as a good sign for those of you lucky enough to place an order. You can still add it to your cart, you just can't checkout. I've been refreshing the webpage for the last half hour in case I'm able to slip through (it actually let me press "Secure Checkout" at one point and got my hopes up before rejecting me). EDIT: And in the time it took to write this, it's gone. Product currently not available...
