  1. Last week I noticed for the first time that there is actually a person on the Obscured By Clouds cover. It's one of my favorite Pink Floyd albums. These days I prefer the period between Syd Barrett and their big operatic/grand style albums.
  2. People can't cope with the fact that Batman lost a fight. That's why the thumbs went down.
  3. Wasn't it just a TV movie of the week? I think the world (from the average Joe in Arkansas to the elite reviewer in New York) only started talking about Steven Spielberg after the record-breaking blockbuster that was Jaws. Now he was a superstar!
  4. I prefer TDKR over TDK because in TDKR I actually liked Batman. Didn't Spielberg become a superstar director with Jaws?
  5. It's very good but don't expect a 'man vs beast' movie.
  6. Perhaps Tamahori needs to work with writer David Mamet again?
  7. But will it be as bold as Lynch's Dune?
  8. Even though Hannibal is a sequel to Silence Of The Lambs, I somehow enjoyed it as a grotesque freak show.
  9. The story is going to be about a young gladiator, played by Ryan Gosling, in search of the legendary Maximus, who might be still alive and residing in Greece.
  10. Finally you guys feel what I felt when they announced a Blade Runner sequel. It hurts, doesn't it? Hehehehehehe ...
  11. Whoever the composer will be for Gladiator 2, he will copy Zimmer like his life is gonna depend on it.
  12. AfterThe Phantom Thread he said that he was getting too old to be appearing in movies and that he was done. I believed him the first time. It's a smart decision. It's better to quit while you are still at your peak.
  13. It does get a bit dull after a couple of episodes. There's this very long episode that makes you wonder what the whole point is. It plays like a movie and doesn't have much in common with everything that came before it.
  14. Is Tintin a must-have score? I don't think I ever listened to it.
  15. I just noticed this (I think). The extended version is not restored, right? And it looks okay?
  16. Here's a little bit of trivia for you guys. All the pics on the front and back cover of Paul McCartney's Driving Rain album were take by Paul's Casio spy watch. Casio WQV-1CR
