Finally got it today, actually held off from downloading but am pretty suprised by ultimate war, mainly the bit when pan first appears seems faster and completely different to the OST as well ofcourse all the different edits. So where exactly is that ultimate war material from compared to the OST?

Has someone got a link to the complete cue list and is it meant to be on his blog site?

Great list and it's really annoying to see how little is missing and how it could have all been on there! I still don't get why Mr. Williams needed to remove cues and not want the inserts included, doesn't he or people who represent him get it that we want every note he composed regardless of cues being too similiar to eachother because personally I have never cared for album versions I just always want the complete recording sessions.

I'll say, that's easily my favourite bit of the entire score and works so brilliantly in the film, can't stop playing those few seconds bit when pan flys up to hook.

What is the music that they say is on the OST but not on the LLL set, supposed to be a couple of bits?

The first one goes at 1:22 and in the film its the part when pan first appears, the second insert is at 3:45 and its the part when pan yells "bangarang"

Yeah fair enough but that bit is on the bootlegs and to answer my other question the La La Land site's sample for death of rufio is actually the sample from swordfight as I just listened to the sample's on this site and I'd love to thank whoever put the sample of swordfight on this site - my favourite bit from the whole score!!

I'm confused what you're asking. The Ultimate War is presented as a continuous 18 minute piece, just spread over 3 tracks for convenience. Does it make a huge difference where the track transitions are? What I meant simply was - where does part 3 of ultimate war start if part 2 is already the start hook vs. pan swordfight? And does the first part have the missing bit from the OST when pan first appears?

Dunno if this was asked, didn't want to go through 10 pages but where in the film do each ultimate war parts start and end because on the site they have a clip for part 2 and it cuts off right before pan fly's up to hook (my favourite little bit from the score) and I imagined that would have all been in part 3 or the cue shown on the radio show wouldn't be the start of part 3 would it surely not? Also whats the difference between the ultimate war film version vs recording session material?

If they arent going to release expanded scores why didnt they just put isolated scores on the dvds. Sure it wouldnt be exactly as william's composed it but atleast it would have some version of complete scores.

The dvd's are coming out and still there are no plans for extended soundtracks for all three indiana jones movies. Why was Raiders Of The Lost Ark given an expanded release and not the other two. The score to The Temple of doom is missing quite alot of music as is The Last Crusade.

why was a section of rescuing sarah cut out. Was this really nessary
