What Are You Eating Tonight?

I have a 3lb tri-tip to grill after work. I will grill it to medium rare. I have beautiful onion and squash to grill with it.

We had lunch today at a soul food restaurant.  One of the best meals I have had in ages. I had chicken & dressing cabbage pinto beans and a corn pone(hot water cornbread).
