This type of music CAN be way overused in trailers. No specific titles are jumping to mind, but I know I've seen many in which the music is obviously trying to tell me that the movie I'm seeing a trailer for is going to be THE BEST F---ING MOVIE EVER F---ING MADE!!!!!, when I feel pretty certain that it's going to be something I've forgotten by the next day. Used in that fashion, it's kinda like a fat woman in a thong: a real shame.

However, I don't recall that there was one single trailer for any of the Lord of the Rings films that didn't send tingles up my spine (mentally, if not always physically). Watching that video reminded me of that, to the extent that I just ordered the complete Return of the King from Amazon.
