Muad'Dib 1,801
I just discovered another little gem regarding Snowy's Theme.Listen very carefully at the bass pizzicatto, from 1:06 to to 1:08...http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gxrgUlpig0oDo you hear it? It's Tintin's Theme!
Not Mr. Big 4,639
Somebody described the soundtrack as "a circus band playing at a jazz club". When I think about it, Tintin's theme DOES sound sort of circus-y.

filmmusic 1,823
Studying Tintin today, and i discovered that the Bagghar theme and the Treasure theme were the same originally!!There wasn't any treasure theme.Wherever it is used in the final film (either in the ship scene, or in the end in Marlinspike Hall), it was the Bagghar theme in its place !I guess Williams made up a new theme (which still is similar) afterwards.
