They can't add items to existing orders (no matter how many weeks they may still be pending), and apparently it takes manual intervention to seek out orders that have been delayed for a longer time. OneBuckFilms 319 Posted July 5, 2012 Share Posted July 5, 2012 Manually adding things to existing orders might affect shipping and tax calculations, so I can understand that.There is an option while ordering from SAE to send what they have in stock rather than hold back all of the order.Contact them, they may be able to send it out without TMP. However, they are awaiting more copies of TMP from LLL's recently replenished stock, and are probably sending out the pending orders when they can.
