Hell yeah. Unfortunately, though he's nowhere near as bad as say, Mancini, in this regard, Williams has far too often crafted his own noose with what we're talking about.

I think I've understood what he meant, until the point when he wrote "I mean...". Then I lost him. A fascinating post, however! But I don't think we are living in JW's era, so I don't dare to answer.
