The red jewel case / disc has the cover artwork from f the 1956 DOT 2LP which contained the original film recordings in mono. The blue jewel case / disc has the cover artwork from the 1959 1hour stereo re-recording Elmer did for DOT Records And the final yellowish cover / disc has the artwork from the 1966 28minute stereo re-recording Elmer did for United Artists LP.
