There are no songs, no big name talent attached other than Williams, and the studio/music company involved are open to work with the labels. It might have something to do with the fact that it was financed and released, by a production and distribution company (NGP), and not a studio, and that that company's output is now owned by Warner Bros. Unless anything happens, it looks like the CBS release from the mid 90s (plus the suite), is all we are likely to have, for the foreseeable.
