New Honest Trailer is for the Fantastic Four reboot

Honestly (heh), it wasn't that funny

I find that generally the funniest videos are dedicated to films that are not universally hated.

For instance, I really liked Interstellar but their trailer was hilarious.

Fun fact: I saw both Brooklyn and Spotlight TWICE in the theater. Both are film masterpieces.  So up yours Honest Trailers! :)

And with a fine Shore score as well of course!

Sadly, the score for Brooklyn was mostly just aural wallpaper in my opinion.

Why is that sad?  Does every film need to have a memorable, hummable score?

"Because if you thought Zack Snyder was way too on-the-nose with the Jesus imagery, Bryan Singer will really nail you in the wrist with it."

I may be alone, but I liked Superman Returns, certainly more than Man of Steel.

That said, I also enjoyed SR more than the original film (film and score).

I saw Brooklyn last week (loved it) and thought the score was light but appropriate. I think there might be a theme in there somewhere, but I was drawn far more to the dialogue than anything else.

Brooklyn had one theme that was repeated throughout the film but the score was pretty forgettable. Great film though.
