James Horner Autograph *Success*

I feel like a great treasure hunter who can now ride off into the sunset.

Seen here is the EXTREMELY rare signature of film music maestro James Horner. I'm planning to have it framed and hung in my home office along with Williams, Zimmer, Silvestri, Shore, Desplat, Glass & R. Newman. To have acquired autographs from Horner & Spielberg in the same month is a true blessing.

Had to share the joy of this rare occasion with my fellow film music patrons.

Anyway... back to reality ;)

That's wonderful!

Could you please tell how you managed to got these autographs?

I'd love to have one from each too.

I've lost two covers trying to get Horner's autograph, so I'm not trying it again. Unless I go the route of that Czech dude, who's sending registered/tracked mail to Horner again and again. But I feel that is inconveniencing and impinging on the privacy of someone else, which I don't like to do.

On the topic of Jerry's autograph, however...I, too, got lucky 11 years ago:

Dude... That is truly a treasure you have there. Looks like we're both quite blessed. Good choice of pen color too.

Tell me more about this Czech dude... I'm genuinely intrigued lol. Not that I agree with his method :P

I sadly didn't get it in person. It was in 2003 at the London concerts, Goldsmith was already too exhausted to meet the fans, but they did collect CD covers from people for him to sign and returned them the next day at the second concert. I remember one guy (from Germany I believe) got his passport signed.

Thinking of which... didn't we have a dedicated thread for sharing autographs?
