Hey jazz experts! Input needed!

So I'm a big fan of the fantastic jazz arrangements Bill Cantos did for the Carthay Circle Restaurant at California Adventure. They're just...tasty!

I'd like to track down more music on this vein, but I'm really not sure where to look. For those of you with jazz backgrounds, what subgenres would you classify these arrangements in? Do they draw on the styles of any particular jazz musicians?

An excellent group to start with is The Beegee Adair Trio seen here

Her website is http://www.beegieadair.com/

A very talented group similar to the style you cite. You might want to do a search for some dixieland as well. Just a good place to start.

This is great!! Awesome combo.

There is a ton of good swing/latin combo jazz out there, I think much of that would be up your alley.

I just listened to the first about 8 minutes so far, but immediately thought of Eddie Daniels, one of my favorite jazz clarinetists, definitely look up his stuff -

And Paquito d'Rivera -

Just a couple to start off - I may come add more later ;) There are SO many great groups!
