List of John Williams track title conventions and their use

Anybody have a list of such conventions and which track titles follow them?

Who comes up with JW's track titles? Of course he does the cue names (am I right?) but the album titles often differ.

JW track titles can be a bit staid and boring. He needs to embrace puns like Gia. His track titles are practically poetry.

Accurate titles, like "Main Title and Ambush On Coruscant". And by the way, "Ambush On Coruscant" means "Arrival at Kamino"...

Elfman and Giacchino have a lot of recurring track title conventions.  Williams doesn't seem to have many.  movied's blog post above hits some that I think are legitimate conventions.  Remembering _______ is a good one.

Don't forget the tendency to separate different scenes in the track title with "and", rather than a slash or hyphen, which seem somewhat more common.
