I had Italian in school for three or four years, but barely anything stuck - I can understand bits and pieces, but probably more than half of those are due to what traces of Latin I remember. The fact that we still say stuff like "does be and do be" is cool. It's what you get when you directly translate from Irish and it never left out way of talking. I usually reserve the former for someone raised with multiple languages, so I picked "unilingual+" since I was only raised with English as a native language, but I would consider myself solidly CEF C1 in French and Persian, roughly B1 in Arabic, and A2 in Swedish.
