No, that is not right.  There is absolutely music in the film that was not included on the OST.

The full "High School Teacher" cue; The OST segues to a repeat of Omaha Beach at 2:39 until it returns to the end of High School teacher at 9:30.  However, by then, it has already skipped past a few bars of the original cue so they remain unreleased (but are heard in the film).

 

Many people don't realize that in addition to track 10 being identical to track 1, track 8 from 2:39-9:30 is a repeat track 3's 0:22-7:41.

I believe it is 20 seconds that we can hear in the film, and we literally have no idea how much was recorded that wasn't used on the OST AND wasn't used in the film.
