Does anybody know this arrangement of Schindler's List? (Winter Olympics Sochi)

The music and the performance starts at 0:45. The first part, I think, is the BPO recording. However, the part that starts at around 2:02 is new for me.... The piano version coupled with strings. So damn beautiful! I've never heard it before. What version is this? Anybody know?

It sounds like there is a hard edit just at that moment and someone inserted a completely different rendition and performance of the theme. I've never heard that music before.

Exactly! But it's not just a different performance, it's a different arrangement altogether. That counterpoint melody played by the strings is not on the OST album. I think it sounds great, however...

Wow, I've never heard this arrangement before. It's a little to eclectic and contemporary for my taste, but interesting to listen to as a kind of off-beat curio.
