Barry's Abduction, the sacrifice cue in TEMPLE OF DOOM, the vision sequence in IMAGES, the raptor sequence in JP are some that come immediately to mind -- that aren't just "hokey" scary, but genuinely scary. None of his music is scary, maybe there's some ethereal creepiness to some of his more dissonant and atonal cues. Maybe some of the Temple of Doom cues can be quite evocative of some scary cult...
