Alright....I'm gonna hold off making a thread for now but strange things are brewing on Reddit.

This one sounds just Williamsy enough to be true.  Nothing jumps out at me as a concert cue, and the pictures don't show the track list, so I'm still gonna guess - fake!

It does feel like this is real. It has just the right level of "weirdness."

One weird thing about it is that pretty much every track sounds like something we've seen in a trailer already, and the things that don't are just nondescript words.  Nothing like "Finn's Confession," "Maz's Counsel," "The Abduction," etc.

The pictures are real (some Target stores got their shipments of the CD today), but the track list posted might not be - I don't know.

 

The tracklist is only inside the booklet, not on the back cover, just like TFA.

The first two tracks could fit with the description of the opening 10 minutes of the film. Doesn't prove that it's real but it's definitely interesting. Some of those track titles have a Williams OST vibe.

FWIW, the letters "B" and "N" are right next to each other on the keyboard; more likely that the guy who typed up the track list meant to write "Canto Bight", IMO.
