Breadstick Basilisk 108
That's my favorite theme from the film, so its exclusion was a big bummer for me when I first heard it. mrbellamy and Will
crumbs 14,314
Jurassic Park! He hasn't conducted that for years, has he? Nice little tie-in with the new movie. And those are great selections from Star Wars! His two new suites and the newest film's concert arrangement. Exciting! He obviously loves the Adventures of Mutt though. Not a fan of that piece at all, personally.

Popular Post Jay 37,359
WOW!!!! First half just ended. The program posted online is COMPLETELY wrong - the first half was all Williams music, and it was full of rare gems! It had the special concert only version of Scherzo for Motorcycle and Orchestra, the 2008 Marion's Theme arrangement, and the Sugarland Express theme with the harmonica part changed to a flute part. It was awesome! What a night so far! Ricard, Bayesian, KingPin and 4 others 6

Jay 37,359
Second half of the show was pretty good. The highlights were Adventures of Han, Han Solo and the Princess, and Throne Room. Oh, and The BFG! Unfortunately JW wasn't his tip top self. Instead of the hilarious and original stories of recent years, we got a lot of rehashed stories, or ones he just kind of stammered through a quick off the cuff anecdote. He called pieces and actors by the wrong names, and seemed to just kind of be unprepared. It was unusual. His energy when conducting was fantastic, though! He should be fine for London and Vienna. Jay 37,359
We waited for JW after the show. He didn't come out. The crowd at the door was great, no annoying autographs hounds, just a bunch of chill fans. My seat at the show was next to @Smeltington so we chatted for a while then left after @rpvee saw us and told us Williams' car and decoy car had left. Fun night, and GREAT weather on the city. rpvee 805
Was no one else at the second show last night? Williams was great as always (though he forgot Roald Dahl’s name), but he didn’t come out the stage door again. I’m afraid the greedy eBay exploiters have ruined what used to be a very calm and wonderful post-show tradition. Anyway, two wonderful nights of music!
