Dixon Hill 4,232 Posted May 28, 2018 Share Posted May 28, 2018 Just to give some context - "Unofficial But True" is the latest alias of a guy who has enough of a reputation as an obsessive and overall bizarre figure, often found at the center of mini controversies (if you can believe such shit exists in the film music world), that even I know of him in a negative light through the minor industry chatter I'm privy to. I don't bother with any forums beyond JWFan (and even that's waning) but I know from friends that he's popped up and been banned in some other places, at one point apparently even being an ass to Zimmer himself on vicontrol. This is my first time actually seeing him in action. Rather tame, though still a bit weird, even if you could believe it's all done in good fun. He went so far as to find Sharky and I talking about that site on here from four years ago. I did indeed make an account, never posted, and lost access to it when they switched servers or something a few years ago. Never bothered to make another because I don't know shit about most of what they talk about. Look, UBT, mate...it might be worth considering what people are saying if so many are saying it. But I don't want to have some internet feud with you. You seem to be the apotheosis of everything I've argued against for years, and yet I just don't see the point here.
