We have the kings of that here.

It's educational. Even Americans fuck up cue-queue.

I wish people would stop mixing up should've (the contraction of should have) with should of, which is how you know the person is an idiot.

Maybe we should color code the accounts of the non-native English speakers.

But that's politically incorrect. Start with my account.

@StefancosShh don't remind him about his handle. Its Jason NOT Jay. In Hindi we write it as Jai. BTW,  that spelling is still correct if you read the pun i.e.

You should probably stop correcting the spelling of people whom English isnt their first language. It's very rude.

By the way, since I'am an anglo Indian, it makes English as a first language for me.

The Cowboys. Checked.

Now we need a good new expanded set of The Reivers.  I just re-listened to it yesterday, the sound of the 1995 Columbia set is pretty dull.  We could expect better from this score, I'm sure it's possible to do better today. This CD has already 23 years, and so is outdated. With it's sound quality + it's only 1 previously unreleased track, I always knew it was useless to try to find it on the used market.

I really like The Reivers, I enjoy it about as much as I enjoy The Cowboys (though that might change when I finally get my new Cowboys release, if it ever ships). I would love a remastered The Reivers.

Is there anything to expand about The Reivers or is it already complete?

I don't now, but just a new HD transfer from the Masters could make a big change.

I repeat myself, but all the CDs issued in the 90's and before should be redone using new HD transfers from the tapes.

The transfers of the 90's where not HD, at least, not the HD of today.

The way of handling digital music has changed a lot in 20 years, it's crazy.

It's far from complete. It's been ages since I watched the film, but there's some nifty stuff at the beginning, as the Winton Flyer arrives at the railroad station.

I seem to remember Lukas Kendall tried to get rights for The Reivers (and Daddy's Gone A-Hunting as well) and release it on the FSM label several years ago, but it appears there are many legal complications that prevents any kind of new release. I need to check on the FSM board.

There isn't a lot of stuff missing, at least comparing the OST to what's in the film (I remember three or four unreleased cues, including the final horserace), but it would definitely be great to have it expanded.

I don't even know (anymore)! How much music is missing from the OS album of KOTCS? Over an hour or less?

I think Bruce Kimmel also said the release was near impossible back when Kriterzland released The Missouri Breaks.

Hopefully things change over time.

Hopefully in this lifetime.

I'm wondering why none of the JW OS collaborations has seen an expanded release... Is it coincidence?

Meanwhile, we got three different versions of expanded Home Alone and Home Alone 2! WTH. 😂

Yes, there are only 3 OS/JW collaborations and only a few scores from the 80s and 90s have been expanded yet. I wouldn't even call it coincidence.

15 Universal titles are waiting for a release.

How many JW scores will be released by LLL/Universal, That is the really good question!?

All you need from that soundtrack is the Enya song and The Land Race.

So, Titanic's Southampton theme and Immigration and Building?

I'd be thrilled with any of those, because Dracula is the only one I'd be at least a bit likely to get blindly. The LotR CRs and the Mummies shook my wallet a bit harder than expected so early in the year.
