Chapter One was bad too. Outside the sewer scene (see gif), It even failed to be scary or horrifying. Chapter 2 looks to be even worse.

Your thoughts on the film are as incorrect

I enjoyed the first film, but the best scene is its opening. It relies more on generic scare tactics than I’d like, but has a great cast and some occasional nice imagery. Fun watch with friends or family.

I didn’t watch the new trailer yet, but the second film looks pretty solid too.

The only good scene. Because of the strange situation, it's the only time the movie is kind of elusive.

To me it's loud, busy, nervous and annoying (just like the first film's climax scene in the basement). Clearly a case of someone who thinks more is better.

You call it bad because its popular and you have always hated popular. To you popular is bad.

It the film were critically praised, it was, and yet failed at the boxoffice you probably would have like it. But the combination of being critically acclaimed and being the most successful horror film ever world wide is no bueno for you.

Announced last month, WB is working on a miniseries called "Welcome to Derry" that will be set in the 1960s and will unveil Pennywise's origin story as well as leading up to Chapter 1. The Muschiettis will produce.

Yes, I read that somewhere. I'd prefer a more original Muschietti film (I absolutely dig Andy's MAMA from 2013), but interesting to see what they can do with it anyway.
