Here it is: My first complete film score. As it happens (and I think I should get used to that), it probably will not be used in the final film. Instead they will track it with existing, stupid pop music.

Nevertheless, I would like to show you the music I composed. The film lasts about half an hour, and I composed 26 minutes of music for it. What you are hearing is actually a simulation; I would have conducted the recording sessions, but the score was to difficult to play for our school's orchestra.

The score contains no less than nine themes, as there are a main theme, a friendship theme, a love theme, a theme for the heroes, one for the villains, a weeping theme, a theme for a dealer, a theme for a case and one for the feeling of seeking a mysterious object. The full orchestral score has 123 pages. It contains (sometimes more, sometimes less obvious) from "Jaws", the "Raiders March", "The Lord of the Rings", "Gone with the Wind" and "Ben-Hur". It also provides many metre changes, with the following measures used:

3/2, 2/4, 3/4, 4/4, 5/4, 6/4, 3/8, 6/8, 7/8, 9/8,10/8 and 12/8.

The tracklist:

1 - Prologue/The Story Begins 2:43

2 - Lamke's Speech 0:44

3 - In The Villain's Lair 1:42

4 - Teacher Assembly And Meet The Heroes 3:24

5 - Let It Bang! 0:47

6 - The Headquarter/He Wants To Watch A Movie/Ringu Mazushi Hitobito No Tame/Ten Things You Shouldn't Do While Driving 2:50

7 - Ultimative Universal Units 1:20

8 - Let It Melt! 0:47

9 - The (Un)Necessary Kitschy Love Theme/The Solving Of The Stripes/The Confrontation 1:24

10 - Indoor Playground Chase/I Could Have Done More/The Trampoline 2:29

11 - Finale And End Credits 7:24

I would like to hear what you say about it. Someone told me that it sounds like ballet music from the second half of the 19th century; I don't know this music well enough to decide whether this opinion is justified. And always remember: This is my first complete score ever ;).
