Well, they're only voicing characters, not actually playing any. Terry Jones has stated that it's not a Python-film, and last thing I heard was that Idle wasn't very keen on doing it.

Cleese was historically the Python most adverse to a reunion but since he was ordered to pay his ex 12mil plus 600,000 every year for seven years he's been taking any work he can get, as he has openly admitted and joked about on chat shows. In the UK he's a regular on commercials where he can either be seen or heard, or playing characters in video games. That's why this is potentially happening.
