Josh500 1,620 Posted February 26, 2013 Posted February 26, 2013 The connection between those two? Here it is: Your thoughts?
Jay 46,244 Posted February 26, 2013 Posted February 26, 2013 FYI, this was previously discussed here:http://www.jwfan.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=10770&p=840288
Josh500 1,620 Posted February 26, 2013 Author Posted February 26, 2013 Oh yeah, sorry about that. There really isn't anything JW-related that hasn't been discussed here anymore, is there?
Wojo 2,458 Posted February 26, 2013 Posted February 26, 2013 Boxers or briefs. Single or double ply. One lump or two. Did he watch the Harry Potter sequels. Nope, nothing.
Uni 307 Posted February 26, 2013 Posted February 26, 2013 What I find most interesting is that no one—on this thread or that one—ever mentioned Copperfield's other utilization of JW music (and, in my mind anyway, an even better one):    Of course, you can also check out the other cool JW tie-in that appears at 8:56, when they get Itzahk Perlman's response to Copperfield's amazing feat of illusion. - UniÂ

hornist 1,261 Posted March 3, 2013 Posted March 3, 2013 Indeed!Oh the memories! I remember, I watched that episode with such an excitement...! (and loved the music)
Uni 307 Posted March 4, 2013 Posted March 4, 2013 That's funny. I remember watching that one the night it first premiered as well!- Uni
NaĂ¯ve Old Fart 13,023 Posted March 5, 2013 Posted March 5, 2013 I'm unable to view the Youtube clips, but I remember watching him make either a 747, or the Statue Of Liberty dissapear with the help of the main title from "TTI". He also tried to escape from jail (Alctatrazz) to "Discovered In The Poolhouse!".
Uni 307 Posted March 5, 2013 Posted March 5, 2013 That's the video I posted—the Statue of Liberty doin' the Houdini off of Liberty Island to the music of TTI.- Uni
Thor 9,362 Posted March 7, 2013 Posted March 7, 2013 John Williams' music is used everywhere. I'm guessing that at any given moment in time, John Williams is playing somewhere in the world -- whether in the actual films and TV shows or as cellphone ringtones or whatever. He's ingrained in popular culture.
