I'll be ordering the release, for sure. And if my work schedule allows me to, I'd like to go to the event, as well. I've never had half as much love for this score as many of you do, but it's still great, and I'll look forward to having the additional material in pristine quality.

As I suspected, the third Stardate that appears after "Micro Exam" in the film was tracked from the second Stardate cue, the one before Warp Point Eight.

I really do hope that the opening notes of "Main Titles" before going into the full fledged Star Trek theme is the 1979 theatrical version and not the one used in the "Director's Edition".

I strongly suspect we'll get the Theatrical versions of the cues here in the main body, especially considering that the DE used the album version, and that is already presented on CD 2.

Jerry's intended version for the film was probably what was used, with the album version what he intended for the LP.
