Muad'Dib 2,059 Posted February 22, 2012 Posted February 22, 2012 BUT WHAT ABOUT YOUR MIND?What about it? Can you read his mind?
Andy 7,730 Posted February 22, 2012 Posted February 22, 2012 Retailer.Awesome, thanks! 2 Discs sounds just about perfect to me.
Incanus 5,890 Posted February 22, 2012 Posted February 22, 2012 Retailer.Awesome, thanks! 2 Discs sounds just about perfect to me.I agree. Unless you have an uncontrollable urge to listen to 5 versions of Arrival of Tink and Flight to Neverland and Never Feast. There is plenty of room for the essential alternate material on a disc 2 release.
King Mark 3,975 Posted February 22, 2012 Posted February 22, 2012 So they release JNH''s Peter Pan in a 2 c.d, set limited to 5000?
publicist 4,650 Posted February 22, 2012 Posted February 22, 2012 and HOOK as a bonus. The only obligation is that the set never will reach Canada.
Incanus 5,890 Posted February 22, 2012 Posted February 22, 2012 and HOOK as a bonus. The only obligation is that the set never will reach Canada. Yes of course. Canada embargo is effectively immediately.
Incanus 5,890 Posted February 22, 2012 Posted February 22, 2012 Peter Pan is Varese, isn't it?No, Peter Pan is Barrie's.
Johnnyecks 44 Posted February 22, 2012 Posted February 22, 2012 I will have to pick these up.Hold on...<opens wallet>Nevermind.<weeps>
KK 3,313 Posted February 22, 2012 Posted February 22, 2012 and HOOK as a bonus. The only obligation is that the set never will reach Canada. Yes of course. Canada embargo is effectively immediately.I don't like this. Are you mocking the suffering of us Northerners old greybeard?!
crocodile 9,724 Posted February 22, 2012 Posted February 22, 2012 Are we waiting for some kind of announcement or what?(I know about MV's Facebook update btw. But I'm not sure whether I should stay up or something)Karol
Jay 46,244 Posted February 22, 2012 Posted February 22, 2012 MV has no obligation to tell us exactly what his post meant or if he got the result he was asking us to hope for.Maybe he will, maybe he won't!
KK 3,313 Posted February 22, 2012 Posted February 22, 2012 Huh...so we're backing to guessing games are we?
Ricard 2,672 Posted February 22, 2012 Posted February 22, 2012 MV has no obligation to tell us exactly what his post meant or if he got the result he was asking us to hope for.Maybe he will, maybe he won't!But if he doesn't... How many of us are going to believe that Hook will be released anytime soon?
tpigeon 3 Posted February 22, 2012 Posted February 22, 2012 It's official: http://www.facebook.com/lalalandrecords
King Mark 3,975 Posted February 22, 2012 Posted February 22, 2012 it's coming out on my birthdaydo you guys all want to chip in and buy me a copy
Admiral Holdo 16 Posted February 22, 2012 Posted February 22, 2012 The internet, I repeat, the internet has just exploded.
indy4 160 Posted February 23, 2012 Posted February 23, 2012 I predict this'll be the best release since Family Plot. The last few months have been a great time for JWFans...Tintin, War Horse, "Happy Birthday Variations," Oboe Concerto, and now Hook!
John Crichton 4 Posted February 23, 2012 Posted February 23, 2012 Sooooo...what's the next score everyone is going to obsess over?
Xander Harris 9,675 Posted February 23, 2012 Posted February 23, 2012 John Williams is a tossup between the remaining Harry Potters, the prequels and Jurassic Park. The other stuff isn't as widely demanded.I, for one, place E.T. Adventure at the top of my grail list now.
indy4 160 Posted February 23, 2012 Posted February 23, 2012 At this point I'd say the highest priority is scores that never had a CD release (Sugarland Express, Daddy-O, etc.). Also Harry Potter and the prequels.
Rachael Foley 10,162 Posted February 23, 2012 Posted February 23, 2012 I, for one, place E.T. Adventure at the top of my grail list now.I thought it was EPCOT
King Mark 3,975 Posted February 23, 2012 Posted February 23, 2012 I still haven't figured out the big fuss over Jurassic Park
Rachael Foley 10,162 Posted February 23, 2012 Posted February 23, 2012 I still haven't figured out the big fuss over Jurassic ParkNot even TLW?
King Mark 3,975 Posted February 23, 2012 Posted February 23, 2012 I don't know about TLW unreleased music that much. I have sfx boot I never listened tooAll I know is JP only has 2-3 short unreleased cues that re noteworthy
Rachael Foley 10,162 Posted February 23, 2012 Posted February 23, 2012 TLW is like ROTS/TOD/AOTC were, where JP is like how TPM is now.
indy4 160 Posted February 23, 2012 Posted February 23, 2012 The entire "Rescuing Sarah" is a must have.
Score_Fan 37 Posted February 23, 2012 Posted February 23, 2012 I think the next hot topic is either the jurassics, or potters.I dont see to much interest in the prequels, as we are almost 100% complete with them due to gamerips.
Ravi Krishna 132 Posted February 23, 2012 Posted February 23, 2012 I'd love to have the T-Rex jeep chase cue from JP.
King Mark 3,975 Posted February 23, 2012 Posted February 23, 2012 I dont see to much interest in the prequels, as we are almost 100% complete with them due to gamerips.Yeah, almost complete, but yet we want all of it
Incanus 5,890 Posted February 23, 2012 Posted February 23, 2012 I can still see JP and TLW as more likely candidates for expanded treatment by the labels than SW Prequels.
ManofDestiny 104 Posted February 23, 2012 Posted February 23, 2012 So, one of my very last grail is going to be released. After ID4, BTTF, Gremlins, Predator...... It's time for Beauty and the Beast and The Lion King!
Matt C 605 Posted February 23, 2012 Posted February 23, 2012 John Williams is a tossup between the remaining Harry Potters, the prequels and Jurassic Park. The only expanded HP CD I want, if LLL or WaterTower does it, would be Prisoner of Azkaban. An expanded edition of that would be sheer heaven. There's so much omitted music from the CD, it's not even funny.
crocodile 9,724 Posted February 23, 2012 Posted February 23, 2012 I guess I forgot to say... "I believe". Karol
Marian Schedenig 11,694 Posted February 23, 2012 Posted February 23, 2012 John Williams is a tossup between the remaining Harry Potters, the prequels and Jurassic Park. The other stuff isn't as widely demanded.I, for one, place E.T. Adventure at the top of my grail list now.Don't forget Dracula.
crocodile 9,724 Posted February 23, 2012 Posted February 23, 2012 Dracula is definitely a top grail for me now.Karol
SF1_freeze 138 Posted February 23, 2012 Posted February 23, 2012 Far and Away, Jaws 2, Dracula, The Lost World and The Witches of Eastwick are my minor grails (besides the major stuff like Prequels, Potter and Indy)
#SnowyVernalSpringsEternal 12,386 Posted February 23, 2012 Posted February 23, 2012 And Earthquake...
