  1. Mad Max 2. For some reason I have alot of interest in the film, probably largely due to the fact I grew up playing Fallout 1 & 2, which were heavily influenced by the film. But I really must face it: the film is pretty dull..
  2. omg that's probably the worst game reviewed so far..
  3. Final Fantasy: The Spirits Within by Elliot Goldenthal. I think it is fairly good. Thank god Nobuo Uematsu didn't compose the score; I hate his music actually.
  4. Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince. I think it was the best HP film so far.
  5. Hey, staff member, the guy who's sitting in the row in front of me is eating candy out of crispy sacks! He especially likes to make loud crispy noises during the quite moments. Please, throw him out! Alex I would ask to annihilate him. That is what we do here in Finland to such people. Hence no disturbances in the theaters. People also breathe very gently and softly so not to disturb in order to avoid being annihilated. Good system. That's right. Usually the best way to avoid these kind of assholes at a midnight screening is by booking tickets to the biggest theater. The tickets are quickly sold out so only the hardcore fans will be attending the show. I'm going to see the new Harry Potter tonight in Kinopalatsi 1 theater (461 seats) which I think is the 2nd or 3rd biggest theater in Helsinki while Tennispalatsi 1 theater (686 seats) is the biggest. So hopefully that will be good enough... Last time I went to a midnight screening was for the Simpsons movie at Tennispalatsi 1. Although the movie wasn't great, it was one of the most memorable cinema experiences I've had.
  6. 2.5 The music is well-known but I just find it simply boring. I like the "love theme" though.
  7. Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets. Still going to watch the remaining of the film series within the next few days before the newest film's premiere.
  8. He came of up with "sections" in his head which he then hummed these melodies to a composer so they could figure out the chords and the composer could do the arrangements. I guess the same thing as with Charles Chaplin. Basically that's enough to get a composed by credit, so it is often very misleading in terms of how much of the music was written by the "composer". But I remember listening to the demo version of Billie Jean created by Michael at his home studio and it was surprisingly very close to the final product. The lyrics though were completely different.
  9. but how can we know for sure how much of the stuff michael composed himself when credited so? i heard he composed very little of the material which became his biggest hits.
  10. The Crossfire review wasn't really a "review".. Just showing how the game is played. The Indiana Jones top 10 dumbest moments was really bad.. None of the scenes were actually stupid IMO. Tbh seems like a rip-off of Nostalgia Critic's dumbest Superman moments.. Now there were some really stupid material.. Funny how both film series have John Williams' music..
