  1. I always thought that would be a multi box set, if it still exists.
  2. I didn't hear that. According to MV the TNG Volume 1 box set sold well. If the Ron Jones didn't I would say the reason would be its price. I guarantee the Original Series box set isn't doing well either because of price too, not because the interest isn't there. The Ron Jones set is fantastic, but could have done better if it was spread across volumes so people could justify spending the $ in smaller amounts over time.
  3. TONS. They could do another 2, 3, or 4 disc set. La La pretty much hinted at one more TNG box set.
  4. Oh, I'm aware they did it before, was just hoping that wouldn't be revisited. I prefer the multi box sets of various episodes.
  5. I guess they figure they might as well get more Trek out while they can and its hot. Certainly not a bad thing, although not sure if I am liking mixing different episodes onto one disc. The previous BOBW made sense because it was a two parter.
  6. Haven't seen anyone point it out, but in part 2 you can see Varese's own Robert Townson in the booth. He chats briefly with Jerry boasting how well the Rudy soundtrack is selling, saying it has been "doing really well since the video came out, like 500 a week". The maestro surprised jokingly saying back "That's great news, he may have to pay me some money.".
  7. Can anyone provide a list of what on the original Epic album set is NOT on the new 2 disc set?
  8. Another sample from Ultimate War 3 where the sound gets iffy.... At 0:08 the volume slowly starts to fade down too much until 0:11-0:12 where its pretty noticeable that its too low for whats going on and then the volume jumps back up. http://www.peeje.com/files/361937422/UW3-Sample.mp3.html
  9. For people who are fans of the score and not fans of the movie... if there was no movie, there would be no score.
  10. No true. There is a bunch of stuff we still don't have clean: -the play music from the beginning -God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen -Lost Boys Ballet drum insert -Pick Em Up -Take Me Out To The Ballgame If I could only pick one of those to include it would be Take Me Out to the Ballgame.
  11. I never had any doubt this and Robe would sell out. $29.98x5000=$149,900 $24.98x2000=$49,960 $199,860 total. Not bad at all. Before expenses of course.
  12. Definitely listen to this on a nice sound system too guys if you can. I have Bose speakers and sub and also Bose headphones.
  13. The beginning of Farewell Neverland has a fade into music from No More Hook that is iffy too. Sounds like stuff is missing there and they added the fade to help it. Sorry I couldn't post more last night. I didn't even get to listen to it all yesterday. The wife was bugging me!!! The Ultimate War stuff is definitely what I was missing the most and most excited about listening to when I got the CD. Its a shame it doesn't sound perfect or close to perfect. I would say "very good" instead. I mean, compared to what we've had! I have to say, I am not a fan of how they've been split up. I usually listen to my music on my computer or on a mobile device, and the cuts to each track don't play so nice. When I can I will be editing the three together. I've found more appreciation for the other smaller pieces, like The Bedroom. Love this piece so much. The slow build up and wonder of it. I would say my top 5 favorite pieces of the "new stuff" are (in no order): 1. The Bedroom 2. Pirates! 3. Hook Challenges Peter 4. The Ultimate War (all 3 as one) 5. Follow That Shadow
