Hello Every one

I've just finished this versions of the Superman March and the Hedwig's Theme composed by the Maestro.

Don't really know how to mix but there are some parts which sound OK I Guess.

This would be my modest contribution celbrating Mr Williams Work.

Of Course not as realistic as the orchestra would sound but hope this is not ridiculous.

Enjoy

Sounds good!

In Superman you have a wrong note in bar 7.

Thanks.

Oop i'll have to check that on the parts.

Well done!

What libraries are you using? (Especially the brass)

Thanks very much ;o)

I use exclusively VSL on the brass ans LA Scoring Strings for the strings

Nicely done! Personally, I'd prefer a little less reverb, but overall, these are very good.

Thanks very much.

I agree with you I would try to work on a version using more vintage reverb to have this 20th fox typical Hollywood sound.

Good idea.

Do you write with Finale or Sibelius?

Hi Nemesis,

I don't work with score editor for now.

I transcript partition and writing notes directly on cubase (with the mouse...) Very fastidious and much complicated way but it's the only one I know for know.

But the good thing is I improve my "reading music" skills and learn about some orchestration tips.
