  1. I really like the current one (I love the placement of JW's hand toward the Over the Moon image- as if he's conducting the movement of the bicycle). Perhaps it could be enlarged to fit the new forum? If I were to choose one of the suggestions offered, I choose the first one (without the mirrored writing).
  2. It's decent, but it is a very large open-air ampitheater, and you do get the occasional helicopter or car alarm. You don't go to the Bowl expecting an intimate performance, but the total experience can't be beat.
  3. That's what I'm planning to do, but I suspect that with big names like Spielberg and Scorsese appearing, tickets are going to be hard to come by. But I do only live ten minutes from the Disney Concert Hall, so at least it wouldn't be too much of a wasted effort in case I can't get tickets...
  4. Apparently you can get tickets to this concert on eBay- if you're willing to shell out $650+! Link to auction (not my auction!)
  5. Just joining in the birthday wishes for the Maestro...
  6. Save the date: JW's annual Hollywood Bowl concerts will be on July 13 & 14 this year (earlier than usual!). http://www.hollywoodbowl.com/tix/performan...ail.cfm?id=3228 Non-subscriber tickets probably won't be available for a while (May, I think), though...
  7. Woo hoo! I've been waiting for this video to show up online for some time now- I saw this performance when it first aired but stupidly neglected to record it. Great find!
  8. Yep, I checked at 10 am (when tickets went on sale to the public), and it appears to be sold out already. Boo! Here's to hoping they add another date someday
  9. Ugh! What a bummer. Well, I'll try on Sunday anyway, but I won't get my hopes up
  10. Good find! I was amused by the fact that there is a cue/piece called "Wide Receiver", heh.
  11. The liner notes have that information. It's on pages 1-2, in small print at the bottom.
  12. Yeah, that's the downside of moving out of SoCal- being so far away from Williams concerts! But my family is in LA, I can always visit with the pretense of seeing family, while really being there for a JW concert, haha I've seen JW in person 6 times now (the Tonight Show plus 5 Hollywood Bowl concerts), and apparently just missed him at several other LA-area events I attended (at which I had no idea he was attending until after the fact). One day I'll get an autograph in person, one day...
