  1. I think you should think of the Williams-written "jewish music" in Schindler's List. I am hoping something as powerful as that...
  2. Come on... I just can't understand why you did not complain when it was revealed that Leia is also Darth Vader's little child. If you could swallow that, you should not be worried because of other coincidences like Vader making Threepio, father of Boba Fett being the model for all stormtroopers and chewie doing who knows what. You could swallow this forced Leia-thing when you were a child. Now you are not.
  3. Isn't it possible Silvestri simply couldn't write a music that would have perfectly fitted into the movie?
  4. I know it's not Spielberg but Lucas - but I guess everyone knows the story when Lucas showed SW first to studio execs and they felt this will be a bomb but later JW's music was added and the miracle happened...
  5. In Pinocchio, the wooden boy longs to become real, and finally there is the bule fairy, some "fairy dust" and he is a boy. Can you remember the final scenes of the movie? Dreyfuss enters the ship. Kind of fairy dust, then...In the next shot you can see only aliens in the ship...Isn't it a possible explanation?
  6. Maybe I should open a new thread for this. I don't know if it's old news or new but when I heard Across the Stars (Love theme), I started to compare it to Star Wars main Title theme (Luke Skywalker's theme) and found...the first melody follows a structure that is really a pair of the second... (mi) do' la re' do' si do' la do' si' la si' so la fa so mi vs. (so,) do so fa mi re do so fa mi re do so fa mi fa re which should be played even together in the third episode (considering re' do' si' is just the same as fa mi re even in rythm - only in another keynote)
