I can't believe I never thought to look up THE JW fan site before! This is my very first visit! I think John Williams is the Beethoven of our time...if there were movies when Beethoven or Wagner lived, they might have written for them.. J.W. has a never ending brain full of amazing, heart tugging, unique music...he has truly been blessed with a divine gift.

This looks like a COOL board....the analysis and cue stuff was great! PoA (and recently Catch Me if You Can) were so inventive and unique...

On Track 15, Quidditch, Third Year- it reminds so much, esp. the rhythms, of the final mvmt. Shostakovich's 5th Symphony- that piece was done handily in DCI around 5 yrs ago and stayed with me
That track, Window to the Past, The Knight Bus, and Double Trouble are my favorites...
This score particularly strikes me as being really difficult in many places!

I'm seeing PoA again tomorrow, and I never see anything twice. How many times have ya'll seen it??
