A tattoo of the TOS Enterprise.
Repeat the JWFan pledge after me: 'I hereby recognise John Towner Williams' place in the world as the great composer there has ever been, and I therefore renounce the works of Rozsa, Korngold, Herrmann, Horner, Kamen, Giacchino (unless the prophecy is fulfilled and he becomes the heir to JTW) and Goldsmith, especially Goldsmith. I understand that if I ever refer to Jurassic Park as anything less than "a masterpiece sixty-five million years in the making" I will be resigned to living out my days at the Zimmershrine.'

40 dollars worth of mega million lottery tickets. Mom asked me to get 20, and Dave and I split the other.

It's expected to be over 700 million dollars by the time of the drawing.

This jacket is the most versatile piece of clothing I've ever owned! It's great for nodding at your friends, walking through doors, walking down aisles, getting large groups of armed men to stand at attention, receiving medals from your sister, standing idly while people clap and the end credits roll...everything!

Just a heads-up I finally had to return this jacket. Sure, it's suave and debonair styling attracts the ladies but after your sister has tried to make out with you 3 times, it's time to cut your losses. Man, that was an awkward Easter dinner!

I bought this jacket for a co-worker in hopes that giving him a gift would inspire him to reveal his true feelings for me. He did look very nice in it, but maybe that's what caused the problem. He looked TOO nice. And kind of boring. Shortly after I gave it to him, I realized that he felt more like a little brother to me and that I actually have a thing for another guy at work who's kind of a scruffy smart aleck (a bit of a loser, really) and SO not my usual type at all who hangs around with some totally disreputable characters (some of them look like real hairballs ) and may not be strictly honest. But he has this sexy bad boy thing goin' on, IYKWIM and I'm finding it hard to resist. Heh, I haven't resisted AT ALL!
It's a really nice jacket, even though it kills all your romantic feelings for the nice, responsible and even kind of attractive guy you give it to, so be careful with it.

I recently bought some stuff for the Voyager Model. ParaGrafix brass photo-etch detail set, Tamiya Light Gray spray paint, and styrene rods to add the missing ribbed detail onto the model itself. Also bought two colors from Testors for the Enterprise-C model, Russian Top Side Blue and Russian Flanker Medium Blue.

These two blue colors should be just perfect for the model itself. I'll find out after I get the order from Testors.

The TWIN PEAKS set is a gem, Alice. I bought it myself a couple of years ago. It also happens to be my alltime favourite tv show that even inspired me to write a whole novel back in the 90's (although unpublished). So kudos!
