Two hours from now I'll be in the middle of a crowd trying to build something. I still don't knoe what, but something.

I'll be boarding an Odyssey Cruise cruiseship for a lovely dinner cruise with my girlfriend that my dad won and gave to us. Should be a great time!

I do a spring and summer 5K series in Lowell. It totals 18 Tuesday night races a year, but I do more races than just these.

Obviously I run more than one day a week. My average run is 6 miles. But every Tuesday I do a 5k "race."

On those race days I run the course as a warm up and then do a 2 mile cool-down run.

Amazing. I was at a local chain called Boloco. They have lots of burritos they've crafted that you pick first, then your meat (chicken, carnitas, steak, tofu, veggie, etc). Or you can have them make one with whatever you want in it kinda like Subway. But the best thing they have is a Nutella Milkshake. Holy crap.
