No matter how stupid they are, it sucks especially at this time in the world.
Ugh. I hate doing that. I've had to let staff go and no matter how crappy they are, it hurts. It worse when I have to kick a kid out of band. I think I take that harder than the kid. I always feel like I failed him somehow.
