Kritzerland released on Monday:
2011-11-22 Neal Hefti - Synanon / Quincy Jones - Enter Laughing (1000)
And their next announcement should be Monday, December 5th.
---
FSM's Lukas Kendall said this about this next two CDs:
Lukas, will the FSM label be releasing any new titles between now and when this offer expires?
FSM CD #244 is at the plant now and will probably be on sale shortly before Xmas, but while I like it, it's not the kind of super-anticipated album like Gremlins that you might expect from our last batch of CDs. (That's because it took ages and ages to finish!) #245, which IS a very exciting title, may or may not be done by then, we are working as fast as we can.
Thanks,
Lukas
----
La-La Land's MV posted this on Facebook:
A decision has been made -- midnight it is (PST). I'll most likely be up with my daughter any way. The lil' darlin hates sleep.
The titles will then be available to purchase starting Tuesday November 29th at 1pm PST (4pm EST)
----
Varese announced on Facebook:
Brace yourselves for one more release from the CD CLUB before we close for the year. Visit us on December 5 for the announcement. It's a whopper.
-----
Intrada has a batch being announced Monday November 28th and shipping Tuesday November 29th:
Holiday or not, we keep plugging away. Next Tuesday will feature two releases -- one Special Collection featuring an early 80s horror score. The other is the third issue of a long time fan favorite in the MAF series. Twice on CD before, only this time as a 2-CD set.
The 2-CD set initially had just the LP program CD in great sound. The expanded CD that followed had an indistinct mix which caused the score to loose it's crisp and punchy detail. We were able to fix that, although we preserved the LP mix on the second disc as a freebie, because it's a different mix and worth preserving in its own right.
Just to clarify, I meant this release would appear in the MAF line. It was not previously available from Intrada. And the mix on the expanded score was not great for all tracks.
I will say the 2-CD set is from the 70s.

John Williams sucks, he doesn't write with a quill pen, there is no emotion in pencil music ! Purcell is the man !Among all the things I have done in my short and pitiful life, becoming an inside joke on JWFAN is the one I'm the least proud of.
