Jay 46,242 Posted January 5, 2012 Posted January 5, 2012 That's pretty clever (taking the Uncharted 3 commercial and editing it I mean)
Datameister 2,586 Posted January 5, 2012 Posted January 5, 2012 Hahahaha, that's very well done. I knew exactly what to expect when I saw the preview image, but it was still funny. If they'd fuzzed up the onscreen image a little and put some convolution reverb on the sound, it would have been even better!
Mr. Breathmask 624 Posted January 5, 2012 Posted January 5, 2012 Or if they'd had the Indy films actually be the proper aspect ratio. Idiots!
#SnowyVernalSpringsEternal 12,386 Posted January 5, 2012 Posted January 5, 2012 Well, if they are shown on SBS6 it would make sense...
Quintus 6,495 Posted January 6, 2012 Author Posted January 6, 2012 Cool of Jason to provide a helpful hint to the more gullible/naive members of the board.Well done (Captain Brackets!)
Mr. Breathmask 624 Posted January 6, 2012 Posted January 6, 2012 Well, if they are shown on SBS6 it would make sense...I actually saw a movie in proper widescreen there last week. Can't remember what it was though...
#SnowyVernalSpringsEternal 12,386 Posted January 6, 2012 Posted January 6, 2012 Philosophers Stone and COS were in their correct ratio on Dutchie TV this week, the POA was shown in 16:9....
#SnowyVernalSpringsEternal 12,386 Posted January 6, 2012 Posted January 6, 2012 why does Ford look whacked on weed?
Wojo 2,458 Posted January 6, 2012 Posted January 6, 2012 I assume you gents saw his appearance on Conan, when he looked drunk off his rocker? I assume he was drunk off his rocker.
Quintus 6,495 Posted January 6, 2012 Author Posted January 6, 2012 Wasn't that Jay Leno? Such a hilarious, surreal interview. Ford was coked up, no question.I'm not suggesting he has a problem with drugs, but he famously has a problem with interviews and being put on the spot. I think it's reasonable to assume he needed the confidence boost in front of a live audience, which is fair enough. As Larry David admitted - when he knows he's booked for a chat show, his whole month is ruined. The weeks and days before the interview just become a constant nagging worry to him.The downside to being Indiana Jones is that you're contractually obliged to do the promo circuit.
