It's indeed very cold again here in Norway. Temperatures below zero, especially during the night. But no NEW snow in Oslo as of yet. Strange, because we had such a mild spring weather earlier in March. I hope this doesn't mean we'll get a cold summer.

I'm emigrating to the South of Norway tomorrow for my Easter holiday. It's not exactly summer there either, but usually milder than in Oslo.

He, he. I lived in the South from age 6 to 18, but no -- I 've never spoken the local dialect. I speak regular Eastern Norwegian (the national standard). I can understand how some of the Southern dialects can be difficult for a Swede, but they are nothing compared to certain dialects in the middle of Norway or in the West. Even I have trouble understanding those.

yeah, I always get the impression Joey started multiple extra accounts over the years. Maybe impersonating Ren, Weebo at times...

I thought there was some kind of MB rule not to do that

It's a nice dialect to make fun of for us arrogant Oslo folks! ;)

Seriously, though, regular trøndersk is pretty easy to understand. I have more difficulty with some of the rural sub-dialects in the area (esp. Nord-Trøndelag, where they seem to swallow as many vowels as they do consonants).

How do you deal with trøndersk?

oh, now I actually remember that you don't have a southern accent... I think I saw a heia tufte blooper or something once.

trøndersk is not that bad. it was hard to understand certain words at first but now it's all good.

That's true. I think alice has kind of a double personality: the good one (alicebrallice) and the evil one (Donna Lackluster). For the moment, the good personality is winning... But for how long?

Well with that kind of evil laughter you could rule the world!

Ars superior est vita hominum.

"We pop out and come into the world and music is there. We didn't invent it - it's all organised in the atmosphere by divinity or whatever. It's a miracle." - John Williams-

I think music is a stream of some kind. It could be blood. It could be water. It could be ether. Whatever it is it seems to be a living, organic force that’s in motion, that serves humanity and is part of humanity and part of what describes us as humans. We sing, play, dance, all the things that we do. And there is a vibrant and great literature we have been given. ... As musicians, we join the stream. We swim in the stream with all the other millions of music makers. It’s a life force, a strong one, surrounding us and we are part of it. -John Williams-

you and KM need to get a life. I made alternate accounts way back when Mark or Marc (mr breathmask) was admin. I had fun with Stefan and I never had a Ren account. I haven't had an extra account in years. And when I did it was with the full knowledge of Neil and the Mr B, and they were deleted years ago.

I never impersonated Weebo, that was someone else. I never actually impersonated Ren, who is real, but I did claim to be her for the best of the best April Fools joke ever played on this site.
OH God, Joe is posting again, someone hand me my pills!

"You're not John Conner, I saw you die, said Kyle". "I was only injured, replied John". "No, your injuries were too severe, you died. Look at you, where are your injuries? You're, you're a Terminator." "Kyle, its still me, yes my body was beyond repair, but my essence is here." He points to his head. "No John". Kyle raised his pulse rifle and aimed it at John but before he could fire, John fired first. Knocked to the ground Kyle looked up at the Terminator in the form of the man he once idolized. All hope was lost. "If you kill me how will you ever be born?" "Thats a good question Kyle, all this time we've focus on Sarah, on John, when had we known the it was you we should have targeted all along." John pointed his rifle at Kyle's face. "The resistance is finished, the battle is won. We the machines are the victors, salvation is ours." Kyle never heard the second shot.

We got a mild winter and an early spring. It's been murder on my hayfever. I've taken so many pills to keep things in check, I feel like a walking pharmacy. We finally had a freeze last night, so I'm hoping my allergies calm down.

Well, sorry JoeinAr, never meant to be too serious with that post but I think it wasn't too far stretched.
Many years ago I had nice little chat with 60 something retired US army veteran, long-term JW fan. We talked about Johnny,
weather, food, everything. Later I realized he was creation of your imagination... But it was nice...
