Yea, looks like spring of '14 it would have to be, then. Even the ROTK concert in NYC should happen before Oct '13 (I hope!)

Well the FOTR concert was in Oct '09, and the TTT concert was in Oct '10. I was expecting the ROTK concert to be in Oct '11, then it was delayed to spring '12, now its still unannounced, who knows if it'll happen by Oct '12 or not....
