When I want iTunes to show my albums it makes a different icon for the same CD if I have labelled it to have more then one artist or composer.
Is there a way iTunes will JUST show the Album regardless if the music it contains is from 1 or 12 composers?

Fill in the Album Artist field under Get Info.

God, my music has no such organisation. Everything is selected from memory of where I left it last. Album thumbnails? My music dreams of having thumbnails. Especially the cues which are just labelled "1", or "2".

I'm kinda OCD about how I tag my music. I use Cover Flow.

The only thing I'm ocd about is my phone's eternally depleting battery. It haunts my dreams.

I remember counting down the percentages on my phone a while ago.

I don't even see album art. My music is mostly WAV and I can't apply it with iTunes.

There is literally no reason to keep WAV files on your hard drive. If you convert them all to FLAC or Apple Lossless, they will take up half as much space, but be IDENTICAL otherwise.

Any good programs (free or not) to convert video to Apple TV format? I have one, but it only does 720, i need 1080.

New iTunes question (hijacking this thread since there it was):

Is there any way to standardize the appearance of playlists and albums so that they don't show, for instance, the stupid rating and genre tabs? I just want to eliminate all additional tabs except the time and artist. Yet, there seems to be absolutely no way to do this without editing EVERY single one manually?

Also, what in the hell happened to the auto-sizing option? It used to expand the tabs so you could see the full titles, now it shrinks them and chops off track titles? What?

You have to go through and edit each playlist manually. Unless you have Smart Playlists, maybe they can do that, but I never use 'em.

As for auto-sizing, iTunes has never done that for me. My layout is essentially all custom.
