Hey, guys! I need just a couple of titles by John Williams that are a little hard to find, but might be hard to find.

And some of the recent releases of concert music that also I've not been able to find.

You know like this titles:

*Pops Brittania

John Williams - The Boston Pops Orchestra

*Pops a la Russe

John Williams - The Boston Pops Orchestra

*Salute to Hollywood

John Williams - The Boston Pops Orchestra

*Bernstein by Boston

I have "Salute To Hollywood". Is your post meant to generate interest in trade?

Dan - never selling any of his CDs......except for 1 or 2.....or 3

No, actually, I hava a friend in New York even as we speak, and he ask me to give him a list of hard to find CDs here in California, and you know the saying, if it's not in New York, it doesn't exist.

Doesn't need to be by Williams.

Something by Goldsmith, Horner. Rare recordings of a certain piece, you know.

(we'll that covers a lot of stuff, hehee oops)

I could not find "Hook" at any of the music stores near where I live in New Jersey. On my band trip to virginia, I found it and bought it in a Barnes and Nobles in Baltimore on the way home. So sometimes some things are just alot easier to find out of state.

Joe probably knows this, but it seems to me that Barnes and Noble has an awesome soundtrack section. Pretty much anything reasonable I can think of, I can find there (no Cherry 2000 I'm afraid :) ). The only problem is they are a little pricey.

Yes, I'm interested too. When I was at the Sony Pictures lot, I found Philadelphia (Shore), The Yards (Shore), and As Good As It Gets (Zimmer) there. I picked them up. They had a huge amount of American Journey CDs, a few Yo-Yo Ma Plays... CDs and a slew of Horner stuff. It was so cool to go with film crew members to the studio shop, get a bite to eat and then go music shopping.

Hook was there too. I've seen a few copies of Hook at different places throughout my travels.

Dan - wondering if he should pick up the next one he sees
