There is no one on that list that I would like to see as Indiana Jones.

I'm sorry I'm one of the few who thinks Indiana Jones ended with the Last Crusade and doesn't need another sequel.

Harrison Ford was perfect and I really can't picture anyone else in the role.

What about Tom Selleck?

Sean Patrick Flannery would be the most reasoble choice.

But i dont think there is place for a choice.

No harrison Ford, no indy movie, that is the most reasonable thing to do.

Earlier, Dennis Quaid could've made a decent one. But he's aging, too.

Good choice, THX1138! The first time I saw him (The Right Stuff) he reminded me of Harrison Ford.

Of course if they do decide to make a 4th film I guess Harrison Ford would be a good choice.

I agree with everyone who said Harrison Ford. And I agree with Joe about what should be done with the rest of them. Maybe if we were talking about Young Indy, than Bale wouldn't have to try and act well, but for the real thing, you need the real thing. Someone who has presence, and someone who is Harrison Ford.

If I had to choose, I'd pick Colin Farrell. He has an Indy-like quality.

-Ross, who refuses to choose nonetheless.

Why is this poll needed? If Indiana Jones IV happens (big "if," mind you), Harrison Ford will reprise his role. At this point there's absolutely no evidence that he'd turn down the role, there's sort of an inseparable (for the Indy series) Lucas-Spielberg-Ford triad.

Good point, even though other actors have portayed the role, Harrison Ford IS Indiana Jones.

Sean Connery would still make a great James Bond even today, there is no reason why Ford would not be able to do the same with his signature role.

Seriously it would work fine with Harrison Ford, they can inject a few age jokes in the script like they did with Captain Kirk in Star Trek 2.Maabe the movie could start he's retired and curator of the Museum, then some unforceen event brings him back into action to save the world.

I just hope there aren't too many age jokes. Sometimes there are age jokes just to try and exuse them squeezing out yet another sequel.

Remember, WITHOUT Harrison Ford, there will not be INDY 4...on that list I voted for Costner, but I like more Tom Hanks (try to think him saying "I'm Indiana, Indiana Jones!" the way he said "I'm Forrest, Forrest Guuuuuump!"!!!!!!!!!!!)

Uusually I would go with Harrison Ford but by the time they get around to making this thing the man will be needing Viagra just to get his ummmmmmm "whip" to function properly.

Beyond him I would say Viggo Mortensen. The guy is American and he does KIND OF have an Indy persona about him.
