  1. The English translations are often spurious - for example. the actual film LA RESA DEI CONTI became THE BIG GUNDOWN in its English translation and the many translations that resulted for GIU LA TESTA make the head spin.
  2. Very, very roughly translated - La Resa Dei Conti - The Settling Of Accounts Osservatori Osservati - Watching The Watcher Il Vizio Di Uccidere - The Killing Defect Il Colpo - The Blow Addio Colonello - Goodbye Colonel Per Qualco Dollaro In Piu’ - For A Few Dollars More Poker D’Assi - Aces Poker Carillon - Carillon
  3. It's probably not applicable to anyone here (i'm probably the only doofus who has ending up doing this), but a small word to the wise. If you're thinking of buying the SW Galaxies pcdvd in order to get these files, give it a wide berth. The disc is meant to have everything (as far as I can tell), upgrades included (inc. Rage Of The Wookies) but you seem to need a whole other code for registering the wookies upgrade. With only one the one code provided, you seem to have to pay all over again for the wookies part. The whole thing is utterly frustrating and my copy is about to be ritually massacreed in the worst possible way. As I say, probably not a probable for most people here, but just in case anyone was planning on throwing money down the toilet...........
  4. A reaaly stupid question I know, but I just received through the post the cddvd of Star Wars Galaxies (the total experience version) and for the life of me I can't put my hands on a single music file. Admittedly, i'm a total luddite, but this is even worse than usual. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks.
  5. I'd be most appreciative if anyone whose navigated their way to this new material could point me in the direction of how to find the files. I've been on to the Star Wars Galaxies site, but luddite that I am, have become totally confused by the whole thing. Thanking you in anticipation.
  6. Aah, I see. I misread then.
  7. The Witches Of Eastwick (R2) DVD does contain the ISO Score option. The only mention of this is inside the box itself (Musical Score Only option) - along the same lines as other WB discs like Mars Attacks and Beeltejuice. I made my own copy from this option, and the disc often goes quite cheaply as part of the Warners sale promotions here in the UK.
  8. The Previn twofer of Nevsky/ Ivan is hard to beat for listening pleasure. I had the good fortune to hear the Cantata performed live in Edinburgh as part of the ongoing Russian season, and it was fantastic, but somehow the performance on Previn's still wins. The complete version by Temirkanov is well worthwhile too. Fedoseyev's complete 2cd of Ivan beats that though IMO - that's a particular favourite. If I can just get to a live performance of Ivan, i'll die a happy man.
  9. Does anyone know of an alternative way of getting the music files from the Jedi Power Battles game? I've tried downloading the PSMPLAY programme from the site specified on ElvisJones' site, but the download link seems to have died a death.
  10. Hello everyone - my first post here. I'm thinking about compiling a version a la Elvis Jones' instructions. I have the Insiders Guide, but try as I might, i'm not finding where the " Hit The Nose" piece is. Can anyone kindly give a pointer on that? Many thanks in anticipation.
