I feel I should merely mention the wishes related to John Williams scores.
I do wish that Telarc would soon release the all-Star Wars album by Kunzel and the Cincinnati Pops that was discussed earlier in September. Here's hoping that it will contain all the important concert suites from the saga, including the original, unexpurgated version of Across the Stars. I do wish that I could seek Kunzel's autograph on this CD.
I do wish that we would receive news for a major STAR WARS soundtrack restoration project that can be released for the 30th anniversary of STAR WARS.
I wish that time would fly fast before film music buffs can order the complete boxed sets of the Two Towers and Returm of the King soundtracks, since we know that Warner will be releasing these over the course of this year.

Does anybody know whether the complete Star Wars soundtracks will be released together as a result of Revenge of the Sith this May? This is because only the main trilogy has soundtracks that are complete, but not the prequels. As such I would like to know how I can get hold of Nick Redman and Michael Mattesino. I would like to suggest to them that they should producew demo-calibre reissues of the Star Wars prequel soundtracks and also the film soundtracks to the Rodgers & Hammerstein musicals including The Sound of Music.
