  1. so in a sense once again, good vs evil
  2. no because williams intended it to be used, he wrote it for the AOTC sequence did he not? and i know that he was planning on using it for ROTS based off of pablos post notes during the recording.
  3. i agree that whats really represents... just basically the Battle of Naboo, and the battle between good and evil on Naboo. if that is what it represents then why is it used in AOTC and in ROTS?
  4. most definalty when the force theme comes in at the beggining, and also (no on the cd) when we hear the rebellion motif after R2 destroys the buzz droid
  5. very nicely done, great use of orchestration and style. the format is kinda like DOTF. my suggestion is that you need a more developed/stronger theme. it seemed to be a little weak. also it doesnt seem energetic enough, but this is probably because it isnt played by real people, and probably done just on finale or something. GJ!
  6. Can someone tell me what DOTF is actually supposed to represent? Is it supposed to be a theme for the battle between the light and dark side of the force?
  7. I was thinkin a little bit, and I was wondering what you guys think the General Grievous theme is. I know on the soundtrack there is a piece that is supposed to be Grievous's theme (track 5 "General Grievous"), but does anyone else feel that the little motif used at 4:46 on the opening track is more suitible and used better as Grievous's theme? It's also pretty much the same as the motif used in the "Grievous speaks to Sidious" track when the horn solo comes in. It seems like in the movie, they used that motif as Grievous's theme, and (correct me if I'm wrong) don't they also use it when Obi-Wan and Grievous are dueling at the end after the chase? It also seems like the "General Grievous" track is more of a representation/theme for the Obi-Wan/Grievous chase. Do you guys agree or disagree with me?
