Is anyone else going to this? In a complete fit of madness (I've been having lots of those over the last few days) I've decided to pop down to London on Friday.
A celebration of film music! Highlights to include themes from Hollywood blockbusters including: Gladiator, Pirates of the Caribbean, Out of Africa, Mission: Impossible, Rocky, The Lord of the Rings, The Great Escape and many more! Extra musical footage to include music by film-score legend, John Williams including Jaws, Star Wars, Jurassic Park, Indiana Jones, E.T. and Superman. Plus special guests from the world of film music!

One minute I'm cycling along happily. The next thing I know I'm lying in a crumpled heap with a (thankfully lightweight aluminium) bike on top of me.
Despite numerous bruises and a dodgy right wrist I cycle the remaining fifteen miles home. The dodgy wrist continues to hurt like hell over the next twelve hours.
One trip to A&E later and I'm stuck in a plaster cast for six weeks thanks to a broken scaphoid. Fantastic. At least being left-handed has proven useful for once.
Let's hope I can avoid the avascular necrosis.
